Andrew came out to look out our whirlpool range. We choose him because he was very professional over the phone and also gives a free service call for a 1st time customer. After only a couple minutes he was able to find this issue. He wrote up an very reasonable estimate and said he could complete it the same day. So I said yes!! My subzero refrigerator was not cooling and I was unsure who to call. Thankfully I called New Life Appliance Repair. They were very kind and polite and even diagnosed the problem over the phone accompanied by a quote for the repair. On the same day he showed up to my house and replaced the thermostat and cleaned the coils for an excellent price. We will definitely be using New Life Appliance Repair in the future.

Absolutely stellar service! Andrew and his team were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He arrived in the time window he promised, My LG washer is now working fabulously… Never thought I’d look forward to doing laundry! My LG washing machine stopped working and was displaying an LE error code. I noticed that the tub drum would turn counterclockwise, but not clockwise. I told Andrew this over the phone and he was able to quickly narrow down the issue to two possible causes. He came out to my house within 24 hours and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes. He was very polite and professional and took care to put the washer back in place after he completed the job. I was very impressed with his knowledge and will definitely use him again in the future when my appliances need to be serviced.

Recently, the worst possible scenario came up. Something went wrong with the beast of a fridge that was here when I moved in. I feared the worst and went online to see how much a new fridge would cost, which led inevitably to tears… I recently met Andrew and gave him a call. It was all pretty painless for me. Speedy service, knowledgeable staff, and super fair pricing (first call free!) He fixed the fan on my subzero (? – I didn’t even know!) fridge and its purring like new. I shall call him “the appliance whisperer”.

These guys were great. The repair guy came out and did not find any gas and explained to us why we might be smelling something when you first turn on the dryer. He did not recommend the $500 in replacement parts the other company suggested. And thought we were fine as is. He called me as the property owner like i asked and explained everything well. thanks for saving me $500.
