Dryer not working Saturday morning. I decided to price out worse possibilities for repair before heading out to buy new dryer. Called Andrew, and he very willingly talked through the possible problems with dryer, and specific price for each type of repair. Fit me in for same day as, a client had cancelled. Zip, bang, done.

My oven was no longer working and I contacted several repairmen, including Andrew. After mentioning to each of them that the Gas Company had already identified the problem, they still wanted to charge me labor to look at the oven; whereas Andrew asked a few questions on the phone to determine that it was most likely the ignitor. He also offered to look at the oven free of charge.

I decided to go with Andrew because I felt his sincerity. As we all know…in a service oriented business, the repairs can easily add up if you are not working with an honest person.

When he arrived, he was very professional and cordial. He quickly took the oven apart, which indicated to me that he knew what he was doing. After assessing the oven, he confirmed it was the ignitor and started the repair. Total time was most likely 40 minutes and I now have a working oven.
