“Our family has been bringing our wet, newly washed laundry to the coin laundry mat. Avoiding the usual creatures that hang at that local strip-mall was almost undoable. So, as usual I research. I looked on different sites and found Andrew of NEW LIFE APPLIANCE REPAIR. We set up an appoint for today. OK, you must know first that I’ve had all sorts of repair people over during my 19yr marriage, because my husband is a union carpenter and is useless with any appliance, router and plumbing issue. If you want him to run a crew for a hi-rise garage, he’s the man. OK..so I’ve been putting off calling anyone but finally gave in.

Love these guys..they identified the issue and worked out a fair price. I found Andrew trustworthy and polite.  Not the usual programmed repair guy that spit out fee after fee, with scary stories if it didn’t get done asap. It was the total opposite. I am grateful to the two young men who have saved me from bags of loose change and exposure to several forms of life that live around the strip-malls. Using my own LG dryer will no longer be a chore. So…i found a new appliance repair company that I like and trust. He drove from south county to Anaheim without extra fees. “My oven was no longer working and I contacted several repairmen, including Andrew.  After mentioning to each of them that the Gas Company had already identified the problem, they still wanted to charge me labor to look at the oven; whereas Andrew asked a few questions on the phone to determine that it was most likely the ignitor. He also offered to look at the oven free of charge. I decided to go with Andrew because I felt his sincerity.  As we all know…in a service oriented business, the repairs can easily add up if you are not working with an honest person.
When he arrived, he was very professional and cordial.  He quickly took the oven apart, which indicated to me that he knew what he was doing.  After assessing the oven, he confirmed it was the ignitor and started the repair. Total time was most likely 40 minutes and I now have a working oven.
He also warranties the repair and parts, which is fantastic.  I would highly recommend him and definitely would use him again in the future since his price is also very competitive.  Thank you, Andrew!”
